The space
The entire house, the private beach, the dock in the backyard for fishing or water sports. "Toes in the Water" is nestled between the beach (Atlantic Ocean) is 10 steps away and Matanzas River Estuary. Watch the sunrise to the east and the sunset to the west from the 2 balconies or wrap around deck. Mantanzas Inlet is a very fun boating and skiing area and is 5 only minutes away. Enjoy this newly remodeled 3 bedroom 2 and half bathroom home with game room. Fun for the entire family! Oversized Connect 4, Cornhole, Kayaks and more!!! The home is located near many great attractions but still secluded so you can enjoy your privacy.
Guest access
Entire house, fully furnished including kitchen utensils, pots and pans, dishes, glasses etc.. Weber grill on the patio for your use.
Towels, sheets, garbage bags, cleaning supplies , dish and laundry detergent furnished .
Soap and shampoo is for your use also.
Additional notes
The road to access the property is sand and can get soft. Guest will need an AWD or 4x4 vehicle to access the property. Some guest have made it through the road with standard 2WD vehicles but you take the risk of getting stuck.
